1. Agreement
By creating an account you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Data Processing Addendum available on request.
2. The service
Ledger Lens provides AI-assisted quality assurance and HMRC enquiry-risk signals on filings you upload. Output is informational and does not constitute tax, legal, or audit advice; you remain responsible for filings you submit to HMRC or Companies House.
3. Your obligations
- Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- Have lawful basis to upload client data and inform your clients where required.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the platform or misuse the AI outputs.
4. Data protection
We act as processor for the client data you upload and controller for account and usage data. See the Privacy Policy for the full disclosure.
5. Fees
Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually in advance. The free practice audit covers one live filing at no cost.
6. Termination
You may cancel at any time from account settings. On termination we delete your data within 30 days, retaining only what UK law requires.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
